Returns & Exchanges:
I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time as all products are made to order, carefully crafted, and handmade in house.
Damaged Orders:
I try to pack all orders with the utmost care but accidents can still happen once your package leaves my hands. If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact me as soon as possible so that we can discuss your replacement or refund options.
If I issue you a refund, you will be refunded to your original payment method right away. Please keep in mind that it can still take a little time for your bank to process your refund.
Lost Orders:
Please verify your address before placing your order to ensure it doesn't go to an old address. Also, if you would like your order to be insured, please pay for priority shipping at checkout.
In the event that your package is lost or delivered to the wrong address, please contact your local USPS so they can assist you.
In the event that your package is showing as delivered but you don't have it, I can not replace your order. Sometimes it may have been delivered to your neighbor or it may still be in transit with USPS. In either case, a call to your local USPS can usually sort it out.
